Suzie Orman in Television and Radio

Suzie Orman, nicknamed the"Money Lady", has been a financial success herself in becoming a Certified Financial Planner and financial expert and shares her advice, solutions to problems and common sense to others in many formats. Among these are several television and radio appearances.

She has had six PBS specials based on her six New York Times bestselling books, in which she wrote, co-produced and hosted the specials. The specials have earned Suzie two Day Time Emmy Awards in the category of Outstanding Service Show Host in 2004 and 2006. Suzie also accomplished the single most successful fundraiser in the history of public television. "The Suzie Orman Show" ontheCNBC Network, has earned Suzie five Gracie Allen Awards. Gracie Allen Awards recognize the nation's best radio, television and cable programming either about, for or by women. Winning more than anyone in the history of the Gracie Allen Awards history, the awards started in 2003 with the category of National/Network/Syndication Talk Show. Again in 2005 and in 2006, Suzie gained another Gracie Allen Award for Individual Achievement: Program Host category. In 2007 and in 2008, Suzie earnedGracie Allen awards in the category of Outstanding Talk Show. Her show covers current financial topics, making the connection between self worth and net worth and how to protect oneself financially.

Suzie Orman has also been heard through her XM and Sirius radio programs including her regular airing of "The Suzie Orman Show".
